I told you all last night that there was a giveaway coming, and I am excited to announce tonight that there will be 2 different prizes! That’s right, 2 winners. . .
Tim at Good Health Natural Products was super kind enough to offer a sampling of their snacks to one winner and a sampling of their all natural South of France soaps and lotions to another. Recently I have been blogging about their products and really loving them. I have some of their soaps and lotions to try, and I will be writing about them this weekend, but I just LOVE that they smell amazing and also have so few ingredients. Their products are made in a traditional French style and are cruelty free.
I think this giveaway is perfect timing given the natural beauty presentation at the Healthy Living Summit and some recent posts on Angela’s site. If you visit Good Health Natural Products’ website, you will see that their soaps and lotions omit all of those hard to pronounce chemicals that many of us are trying to keep away from our bodies. They will also put together gift baskets for you, something I would love to do as a thank-you for staying at a friend or family member’s house for a few days.
Sooooo to enter the giveaway, all you have to do is:
1) Visit goodhealthnaturalproducts.com
2) Leave a comment letting me know which product of theirs looks best to you.
3) If you have a blog, please link back to this post and mention Good Health Natural Products
Non bloggers are more than welcome to enter! The chance to enter will close next Thursday, August 27 at 7:00 pm EST, but don’t worry, I will give you plenty of reminders as I have a couple more product reviews this week!
Now on to my run. . . I actually started writing about my run of the day BEFORE I ran, and it was all negative! Since I was sick and weak all week, I expected to be feeling a mess, but the exact opposite happened! I feel like sometimes the less pressure I put on myself to run fast and feel great, the better I feel. At any rate, I was cautious and walked twice because usually when I am running and something goes wrong like feeling sick or an injury, I don’t feel it until I stop. But I felt great! Strangely, I feel like I got better through the run as I was still feeling under the weather all day. Yay! I am feeling positive about running now and looking forward to some workout blogging this weekend. I am totally cruising toward the weekend now and hoping the weather holds up so that we can beach it on Saturday with some friends we haven’t seen all summer. What are you doing this weekend? I am looking forward to takin it easy!
Have a great night!
